US Residents who are classified as ‘Accredited Investors’ are able to participate in the pre-Sale. We are currently looking to obtain an exception allowing US Residents NOT classified as Accredited Investors to participate in the main token sale. We will have news regarding this effort toward the end of January into the first week of February. IF you already contributed or you are wanting to try and reserve some of the lower priced XCM you may proceed under the following condition;

• If we obtain the exception and get the green light from our legal council to accept US residents NOT classified as Accredited Investors your purchase will remain as is. If we do NOT obtain the exception then we will return your contribution in full to you, back to the originating wallet address.
